Cancellation Policy – Pizza Point

At Pizza Point, every order is prepared fresh after confirmation. Because food preparation begins soon after an order is accepted, cancellation availability depends on the stage of the order.

1. Cancellation Request

Customers may request cancellation of their order by contacting Pizza Point as soon as possible after placing the order.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Registered mobile number
• Reason for cancellation

We will check the current status of the order before confirming cancellation.

2. Cancellation Before Preparation

If your cancellation request is received before the order has entered the preparation process, Pizza Point may be able to cancel the order.

For eligible prepaid orders, an applicable refund may be initiated according to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation After Preparation Has Started

Once food preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because ingredients and food have already been prepared specifically for your order.

In such cases, the order may not qualify for a refund.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been prepared and handed over for delivery, cancellation will generally not be possible.

If the customer refuses to accept a dispatched order, the payment may not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Customer Unavailability

If the delivery person reaches the provided delivery address but the customer is unavailable or cannot be contacted, reasonable attempts may be made to contact the customer.

If the order cannot be delivered because of customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information, cancellation/refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Pizza Point will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by:

• Incorrect address
• Incorrect mobile number
• Missing house/flat number
• Incorrect locality
• Incomplete delivery instructions
• Customer being unavailable

Please carefully check your information before confirming an order.

7. Cancellation by Pizza Point

Pizza Point may cancel an order in circumstances such as:

• Product or ingredient unavailability
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Delivery area limitations
• Technical problems
• Payment-related issues
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Operational circumstances
• Events beyond our reasonable control

If Pizza Point cancels a prepaid order for which a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to our refund procedure.

8. Promotional Orders

Orders placed using discounts, coupons, promotional offers, or special combo pricing may have additional cancellation conditions.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will be subject to the terms applicable to the particular offer.

9. Refund After Cancellation

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.

11. No-Show / Refused Orders

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered because of circumstances attributable to the customer after preparation or dispatch, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Each situation may be reviewed based on the specific circumstances.

Pizza Point may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.
